Order Cancellation
You may ask to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process or been transferred to the shipping carrier. If your cancellation is approved during this period, the full amount paid for the order will be refunded to your original payment method.
Once an order has started being prepared for shipment or has already been dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellation requests. Please note that submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be cancelled, as our team must first verify its current processing status. Mixisex may also cancel orders under the circumstances described in our Terms of Service.
Order Processing and Fulfillment
After your payment has been successfully confirmed, qualifying orders are normally processed and shipped within 2 business days, or approximately 48 hours.
Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing any available tracking information.
Return Window and Conditions
Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date your order is confirmed as delivered.
To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following requirements:

Unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

Returned in its original packaging with all labels attached

Include all original accessories, parts, and components

Include the order number or another acceptable form of proof of purchase

Contact us at support@mixisex.com and provide your order number together with the item or items you wish to return.

Tell us the reason for your return. For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please include clear photos showing the issue.

Wait for our customer support team to send you the approved return instructions and packaging requirements. Please do not ship any products back before receiving return authorization.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are generally not eligible for return, including gift cards, personalized or custom-made products, opened hygiene-sensitive products, items that have been worn, washed, modified, or damaged after delivery, incomplete product sets, and merchandise marked as final sale.
Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy is intended to restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Return Shipping Fees
For returns resulting from personal preference, choosing the wrong size, or simply changing your mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If we verify that you received an incorrect product or that the item arrived damaged or defective, Mixisex will cover or reimburse eligible return shipping expenses.
Any additional costs resulting from unapproved express, premium, expedited, or upgraded shipping services will not be reimbursed.
Return Inspection and Refund Processing
After your returned product arrives, it will be inspected by our team. We will notify you by email once the inspection is complete and let you know whether the return has been approved.
For approved returns, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
The exact time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.
Exchanges, Replacements, and Order Modifications
Exchange or replacement products may not always be available due to inventory conditions. If we are unable to offer a direct exchange, you may return the original product through our standard return process and place a separate new order.
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Once order fulfillment has started, modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed and will remain subject to our Terms of Service.
